This small office building is the headquarters for The Pinellas County Water Utility located in downtown Clearwater, Florida.
Over these 12 years of operation, this property decided to use eddy current testing and corrosion coupons to test for corrosion in the system. Both corrosion coupon and eddy current test results were excellent.
